The 1999 Gilligs originally operated out of Gaithersburg and were transfered to Silver Spring during the winter of 2002. They were the first buses to come with LED tail lights and single headlights. 5410 is one of the buses painted silver to commemorate Ride-On's 25th Anniversary.
